Position summary:

The Project Manager will oversee the delivery of the Clean Rivers and Seas project across the Hampshire region, ensuring all operational activities are effectively planned, resourced, and delivered in accordance with MTS standards, policies, and procedures. The role acts as the primary point of contact for Southern Water's Clean Rivers and Seas Taskforce, building strong client relationships and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time, and within budget.

Qualifications / Competency:

• Previous experience in project management, operations management, logistics, waste management, transport, or a related industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organisational, planning, and prioritisation abilities.
• Strong stakeholder management and customer relationship skills.
• Effective leadership and team management capability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrable experience in budget management and cost control.
• Knowledge of risk management principles and operational compliance requirements.
• Commercial awareness with a results-driven approach.
