Job description

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our team in a hybrid capacity. In this role, you will analyze large datasets, build data models, and create intuitive dashboards to bridge the gap between technical data solutions and business needs.
 
Location: Raleigh, NC
 
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Up to 3 days/week onsite)

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Databricks & PySpark: 5+ years of hands-on experience in data analysis and transformation using the Databricks platform.
  • Advanced Spark SQL: 5+ years of writing complex, high-performance queries for large-scale datasets.
  • Data Visualization: 5+ years building intuitive dashboards using Power BI and Databricks native tools.
  • Data Mapping & Modeling: 5+ years integrating and transforming multi-source data into structured formats.
  • Business Analysis & Collaboration: 5+ years gathering business requirements and collaborating with stakeholders and data engineering teams.
  • Data Quality & Insights: Proven ability to conduct data mining, statistical analysis, and machine learning to deliver actionable business insights.
