Whizdom is seeking an Operations Support Officer to join a high-performing ICT team in Canberra. This hands-on role focuses on the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and support of a production environment.

You will work across a diverse technology stack, supporting users, monitoring systems, assisting with deployments and upgrades, managing incidents and changes, and contributing to the ongoing improvement of operational processes and documentation.
