We are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer / Research Engineer to join one of our major Telecom clients. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience developing, evaluating, and deploying machine learning models in production, along with strong Python and data engineering skills.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience designing, training, evaluating, and deploying Machine Learning models in production
• Strong Python programming experience
• Experience with data engineering and large-scale data processing
• Hands-on experience with data ingestion, transformation, feature engineering, and optimization
• Experience working with large and complex datasets
• Experience developing scalable, production-quality software supporting ML and analytics initiatives
• Master''s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Science, or related STEM field
• Experience with research, experimentation, advanced analytics, or applied ML

• Cellular network / Telecom data experience
• Geospatial or location-based datasets
• Cell-site data or location intelligence
• Fraud detection
• Public safety analytics
• Marketing/customer analytics
• Published thesis, research work, patents, or industry innovation projects

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, train, and evaluate machine learning models
• Build scalable data pipelines for large and complex datasets
• Perform data preprocessing and feature engineering
• Deploy and optimize ML models in production environments
• Conduct experimentation and research to improve model accuracy and scalability
• Work with large-scale cellular and location-related datasets
• Develop ML solutions supporting fraud detection, public safety, customer insights, and marketing analytics
• Collaborate with data engineering, software engineering, and business teams throughout the development lifecycle

Preferred Background

Candidates with experience as a Machine Learning Engineer, ML Engineer, Research Engineer, Applied Scientist, Data Scientist, or AI/ML Engineer are encouraged to apply.
