Sr. Project Manager

Our client, a leading telecommunications company, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to support Device Swap Governance (DSG) programs and related operational transformation initiatives. This individual will lead complex, cross-functional projects from definition through implementation, bringing structure, accountability, and clear communication to a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

The Senior Project Manager will manage multiple concurrent workstreams, develop and maintain detailed project plans, track milestones and deliverables, and ensure initiatives remain aligned to scope, schedule, and business objectives. This person will own RAID logs, drive risk mitigation and escalation strategies, facilitate stakeholder decisions, and provide executive-level status reporting.

Responsibilities include partnering closely with Product, Technology, Operations, Customer, and other business stakeholders; applying Agile and Waterfall methodologies as appropriate; utilizing Jira, Wrike, or similar tools to track progress; and identifying opportunities to improve PMO processes and overall delivery discipline. The ideal candidate is highly self-directed, organized, adaptable, and comfortable influencing outcomes without direct authority.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of Project Management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
• Experience managing full project lifecycles, including planning, execution, implementation, and post-launch support
• Strong experience developing detailed project plans, milestones, deliverables, and RAID logs
• Knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies
• Experience using Jira, Wrike, or similar project management tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentations and status reporting

Preferred Skills:

• Experience supporting device lifecycle management, device swap, governance, or operational transformation programs (highly preferred)
• Telecommunications industry experience
• PMO or governance-driven project delivery experience
• PMP, Agile, or related project management certification
