Senior Analyst-Global Chain Analy & AI Automation

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Analyst, Global Supply Chain Analytics and AI Automation in Doral, FL.

Summary:
The Senior Analyst is a global-facing individual contributor supporting sourcing and supply chain initiatives through analytics, process improvement, AI, and automation. The position partners closely with Global Supply Chain and Category Leads to analyze business problems, provide data-driven recommendations, and implement operational improvements. The role also owns small-to-medium automation and AI initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency and reducing manual effort.

Key Responsibilities:
Analytics & Decision Support (30%):
* Lead analytical projects from problem identification through recommendation
* Gather, cleanse, and structure procurement/supply chain data

Perform:
* Spend analysis
* Cost-benefit analysis
* Scenario modeling
* Business case development
* Build dashboards and performance reports
* Create executive-ready presentations with findings, risks, and recommendations
* Identify process gaps through process mapping and analysis

AI & Automation Enablement (30%):
* Identify opportunities to automate sourcing and supply chain processes

Design and implement automation solutions for:
* Reporting
* Data preparation
* Bid evaluations
* Workflow management
* Intake processes

Apply AI-enabled tools for:
* Data analysis
* Summarization
* Reporting efficiency

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field
* Experience supporting sourcing, supply chain, finance, or analytical initiatives
* Strong experience working with data, analysis, and reporting
* Experience owning workstreams end-to-end with limited supervision
* Experience using tools and systems to improve efficiency and outputs, including AI and Automation tools
* Advanced Excel and financial modeling; Python a plus
* Data visualization tools (Power BI, etc.)
* Experience with automation tools (macros, scripting, or workflow tools)
* Experience using AI-enabled tools for analysis, reporting, or workflow improvement
* Ability to identify and implement small-scale automation solutions
* Basic SQL or data querying preferred

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
