The Role • Perform replacement and repair of vehicle glass, including calibration of driver assistance systems. • Assume the role of Operations Manager (HWK), overseeing technical operations, adherence to company standards, and daily scheduling. • Provide customer consultation and support from order intake to vehicle handover, with a strong service orientation. • Manage invoicing, customer financial transactions, order processing, and scheduling. • Execute quality assurance measures, inventory management, and ensure audit-relevant standards are met, including implementing corrective actions. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training in a trade, with prior experience as a Master Mechanic, Automotive Mechatronics Technician, Automotive Mechanic, or Bodywork Specialist is advantageous. • Willingness to undergo the required proficiency test or already hold Operations Manager (HWK) certification. • A Class B driver's license, good German language skills, and proficiency in administrative tasks using a PC. • Strong customer and service orientation, coupled with excellent communication skills. • Commitment to teamwork, independent work, and collaborative relationships.
