Job Description

About the Role

This is an operations role for someone who would rather automate work away than manage it manually. You'll report directly to a founding team member and own real, business-critical work from day one — no slide decks, no shadow assignments. You'll start as an intern (3–6 months) with a clear path to a full-time position.

What You'll Do

  • Own the end-to-end customer experience — onboarding, scheduling, results delivery, and retention.

  • Coordinate with lab partners, phlebotomy clinics, and supplement manufacturers across Europe.

  • Build internal tooling and automations using n8n, Make, Notion, Linear, Airtable, Zapier, and Python scripts.

  • Identify manual processes and eliminate or streamline them before they become bottlenecks.

  • Develop and scale operational playbooks that support significant customer growth without proportional headcount growth.

What We're Looking For

  • 0–2 years of experience; strong academic background or early-career experience in a fast-paced environment.

  • Automation-first mindset — you instinctively reach for tooling and scripts before spreadsheets.

  • Hands-on comfort with no-code/low-code tools (n8n, Make, Airtable, Notion) and basic scripting (Python).

  • Native or near-native German speaker — required for coordinating with local partners and customers.

  • Builder mentality: you fix things that are broken and take ownership without being told twice.

  • Based in or willing to relocate to Berlin; comfortable working fully on-site five days a week.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: €30,000 – €36,000 per year. No visa sponsorship is available — candidates must have existing authorization to work in Germany.

Location

On-site in Berlin, Germany, five days per week.
