Duration: 6 months C2H

 

Local candidates preferred but, those willing to relocate are acceptable and there IS some relocation assistance available.

Project Schedulers / Planners to support major manufacturing, energy, and infrastructure projects in Houston, TX. These roles will support fast-moving projects such as Mega factory, manufacturing facilities, energy infrastructure, data centers, battery production, and other large industrial builds.  There could be some travel to another site in TX and one in California on an expense paid basis. 

 

This is not a traditional owner’s rep scheduling role. Tesla self-performs a significant amount of the work, so schedulers are expected to be close to execution, not just reporting. They need to work directly with engineering, construction, procurement, and commissioning teams to build, maintain, and communicate schedules in a very fast-paced environment.  They’re looking for out of the box thinkers. 

 

Key Experience:

- Primavera P6 scheduling

- Large industrial construction projects

- EPC, self-perform contractor, or construction execution background

- Resource-loaded schedules

- Schedule risk, impacts, and recovery planning

- Ability to present schedule updates clearly to leadership
