Associate Field Application Engineer | Edina, MN, United States | Hybrid We're hiring on behalf of a global, FORTUNE 500 technology distributor and solutions provider with a century-long legacy of empowering innovation. The Role • Assist in developing technical account penetration strategies for assigned markets, showcasing new products and technologies. • Collaborate with engineering teams from customers and suppliers to provide technical insights for pre-component selection and solution development. • Gain a deep understanding of customer needs, including products, technology, competition, design priorities, and processes. • Work alongside senior engineers to identify customer design requirements from system level to individual components. • Promote supported product lines, drive the adoption of recommended solutions, and deliver product-level sales training. • Track and manage high-value design opportunities from concept to production. What You'll Need • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent experience. • Less than 2 years of relevant experience. • A willingness to relocate for career advancement is essential. • Authorization to work for any employer in the U.S. is required (sponsorship is not available). • General awareness of business, financials, products/services, and the market within the sales environment. • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and support functions, with some direct client contact.
