Job Description

HR Analyst - Payroll, Comps & Bens - Asset Management -Central London - 6 months FTC - c£50k-£60k pa

We have a great 6m FTC opportunity for an experienced HR Analyst, with experience of managing European/EMEA payroll, compensation and benefits,to join a successful organisation in their collaborative HR team as soon as possible.

This is a gem of an FTC opportunity for a detail-oriented, highly accurate and compliance-focused HR Analyst with experience in comps and bens, transitioning payrolls from one company to another and identifying and resolving payroll issues, together with advanced MS Excel and payroll/ compensation reporting tools.

Key responsibilities as the EMEA HR Analyst will include:

  • Auditing and managing outsourced payrolls across EMEA
  • Transitioning payrolls from one company to another
  • Signing off payroll and ensuring accuracy of processing, pension deductions and tax compliance
  • Identifying and resolving payroll issues
  • Administering and advising on compensation and benefits
  • Supporting annual salary review processes
  • Providing guidance on compensation offers, salary benchmarking and employee benefits
  • Supporting HR Projects, process improvements and initiatives

We're looking for:

  • Strong knowledge of European/EMEA payroll processes
  • Demonstrable experience in compensation and benefits management (ideally within professional services - financial sector is advantageous)
  • Strong knowledge or payroll terminology, international benefits and compliance requirements
  • Advanced MS Excel and experience of payroll/compensation reporting tools
  • A hands-on approach and willingness to hit the ground running
  • Confident communication skills and the ability to work as an advisor to stakeholders
  • Detail-minded with strong accuracy
  • Compliance-focused nature
  • Available imminently and able to commit to a 6m FTC
