Senior Solutions Architect - APAC

Role type: Full-Cycle Pre-Sales & Post-Sales Sydney Based In-Office 2-3 Days a Week

Responsibilities

• How you will make an impact: The Value Engineering team is a group of motivated, tech-savvy communicators who work across Solutions Consulting, Solutions Architecture, Value Consulting, and Demo Engineering to impact the organization.
• Role scope: A full-cycle solutions role for the APAC market spanning the entire customer journey - collaborating with Account Executives to win new business and supporting existing customers as a trusted technical advisor through onboarding, adoption, and growth.
• Pre-Sales: New Business - Partner with Account Executives during the sales cycle to assess prospect challenges, devise solutions, and present those solutions; deliver tailored demonstrations and perform technical presentations; investigate the prospect's technical landscape to provide seamless integration recommendations; support prospects from scoping to handoff to post-sales; contribute to closing SaaS deals in APAC; onsite work with prospects as needed.
• Post-Sales: Customer Expansions & Implementation of New Business - Serve as a trusted technical advisor to a named book of customers and support the broader APAC base on projects; become a subject matter expert across APIs, integrations, mobile SDKs, data flows, and Iterable's AI models; present solutions and opportunities to use Iterable more effectively; identify upsell opportunities by analyzing customers' tech stacks; resolve complex technical challenges; collaborate with Customer Success Managers to drive outcomes.
• Across Both Motions - Liaise with internal teams to deliver new features and drive platform adoption; contribute product feedback to influence the roadmap; invest in professional growth aligned with organizational growth.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a technical pre-sales and/or post-sales solutions role, preferably in SaaS and/or MarTech
• Experience operating across both pre-sales and post-sales motions, or deep expertise in one with a desire to grow into the other
• Technically curious and self-motivated; committed to learning and applying new skills
• Deep knowledge in areas such as APIs, JSON, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Node.js, Python, SQL
• Experience with LLM platforms (e.g., Claude Code or Cursor)
• Familiarity with mobile development (Swift, Java, Kotlin, React Native) is a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable presenting to executives and whiteboarding with developers
• Team player with a bias to iterate and drive results
• Based in Sydney, Australia, willing to travel across APAC for on-sites, conferences, and team events ( 25%)
• Experience in marketing automation or email marketing, cloud-based platforms, or custom integrations is a bonus
