Visual Designer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Visual Designer in Redmond, WA.

Overview:
The client is looking for a Visual Designer to help execute creative work for an annual conference. The team is looking for someone with experience creating visual assets that extend beyond digital channels into physical environments, such as:
* Conference signage
* Environmental graphics
* Wayfinding systems
* Event branding
* Activations and installations
* Large-format print production
* Swag and merchandise

The ideal candidate is highly proficient in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign and understands CMYK workflows, print production, and large-format design execution. The role is fully remote, with a preference for candidates who can collaborate during West Coast business hours.

REQUIREMENTS:
* 5+ years of professional experience in Visual Design, Event Design, Environmental Graphics, Experiential Design, Brand Design, or related disciplines
* Proven experience creating visual assets that transition from digital execution into physical environments
* Strong understanding of: CMYK color workflows; Print production processes; Large-format printing; Resolution management; File preparation and packaging; Vendor-ready deliverables; Production quality control
* Advanced proficiency in: Adobe Illustrator; Adobe Photoshop; Adobe InDesign; Figma

Portfolio Requirements:
Portfolio should demonstrate experience with:
* Large-format graphics
* Environmental graphics
* Event branding
* Digital-to-print execution
* Physical installations
* Multi-channel design systems
* Production-ready deliverables

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
