Salesforce Field Service Consultant/Architect - Remote EU

A client of Amass Technology are on the search for a Salesforce Field Service Consultant to support the implementation of Salesforce Field Service. The successful candidate will work with business stakeholders and the project team to design, configure, and deliver an FSL solution that meets business requirements and follows Salesforce best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead requirements gathering and solution design workshops.
• Configure Salesforce Field Service, including Work Orders, Service Appointments, Service Territories, Service Resources, Work Types, Skills, Scheduling Policies, and the Dispatcher Console.
• Configure and support the Field Service Mobile App.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and business stakeholders throughout the implementation.
• Produce functional documentation, user stories, and configuration documentation.
• Support testing, training, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
• Ensure solutions align with Salesforce best practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience delivering Salesforce Field Service implementations - more than 2+
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud and Field Service.
• Hands-on configuration experience across core FSL functionality.
• Experience facilitating workshops and translating business requirements into Salesforce solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Salesforce Certified Administrator
• Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant
