Backend Engineer

We're working with a well-funded, fast-growing technology company building large-scale data infrastructure used by some of the most advanced AI teams today. They operate highly distributed systems and process massive volumes of web-based data at scale, and are looking to add a strong backend engineer to the team.

This is a hands-on role focused on building and scaling backend services, designing data pipelines, and supporting systems that handle high-throughput data in both real-time and batch environments. The team is lean, highly technical, and gives engineers real ownership over what they build.

What they're looking for:

3+ years of backend engineering experience
Strong experience with scalable systems and distributed architecture
Solid coding skills in Golang and Python
Experience with APIs, data pipelines, and debugging production systems
Familiarity with Kubernetes, Redis, and modern CI/CD workflows
