Functional Tester

Must-Have Skills:

• Hands-on experience testing HHS/Integrated Eligibility systems, including TANF, SNAP, benefits issuance, and eligibility determinations.
• Strong knowledge of test planning and execution across integration, system, and UAT phases, including batch processes, interfaces, data conversion, reports, notices.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps for test cases, execution, defect tracking, and requirements traceability; ability to interpret functional specifications.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience writing/modifying SQL queries for test scenarios and database validation.
• Knowledge of back-end validation and data comparison between legacy and modernized systems.
