Grafana / Boomi Data Analyst – Remote

We are seeking a Grafana / Boomi Data Analyst and Subject Matter Expert (SME) with strong hands-on experience in Boomi integration services and Grafana observability. The ideal candidate will design and develop advanced dashboards that provide clear, actionable visibility into the performance, health, availability, and operational status of the Boomi platform and its integrations.

This role requires a strong understanding of both enterprise integration architecture and observability practices, with the ability to translate technical platform data into dashboards and metrics that support incident response, troubleshooting, service monitoring, root-cause analysis, and operational decision-making.

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience developing and administering Grafana dashboards.
• Strong experience with the Boomi integration platform, including integration processes, APIs, runtimes, and related platform components.
• Experience monitoring enterprise integrations and distributed applications.
• Strong knowledge of integration metrics, logging, error handling, retries, latency, throughput, and availability monitoring.
• Experience working with Grafana data sources, including:
  • Time-series databases
  • Logs
  • APIs
  • Relational databases
• Ability to create effective Grafana:
  • Visualizations
  • Queries
  • Variables
  • Drilldowns
  • Alerts
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience collaborating with engineering, operations, and application support teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Grafana Alerting, dashboard-as-code, and observability automation.
• Familiarity with Prometheus, Loki, Elasticsearch, Splunk, InfluxDB, SQL, REST APIs, or similar monitoring technologies.
• Experience with cloud platforms and enterprise integration architectures.
• Familiarity with DevOps, SRE, CI/CD, and infrastructure monitoring practices.
• Experience creating operational runbooks and support documentation.
• Knowledge of API monitoring, event-driven integrations, and message-based architectures.
• Relevant Grafana, Boomi, cloud, or observability certifications.
