The Role • Act as a lead associate in the absence of store management, overseeing daily operations. • Provide exemplary customer service, assisting shoppers and ensuring a positive in-store experience. • Manage merchandise, including unloading trucks, stocking shelves, and maintaining displays according to plan-o-grams. • Operate the cash register, process transactions accurately, and handle cash with accountability. • Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe store environment. • Assist with opening and closing procedures under management direction. What You'll Need • High school diploma or equivalent. • Six months of supervisory experience or related training preferred. • Strong mathematical skills for calculations involving addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages. • Knowledge of cash handling procedures, including cashier accountability and deposit control. • Effective communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to understand and implement plan-o-gram and merchandise presentation guidance.
