Technical Lead

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle.
• Strong technical exposure and expertise in Web based application on Java J2EE technology.
• Good experience in Core Java, Java Script, JSP, Servlets, Webservices.
• Experience in full stack development of high performing, scalable cloud applications using various cloud development stacks.
• Extensive knowledge on implementation of coding standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ensure designs are in-compliance with specifications.
• Leading, mentoring and guiding the team on solution creation, PoC, prototyping, problem solving and consulting engagements.
• Must have a service-oriented attitude and excellent team player.
• Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and highly focused.
• Excellent Communication and Inter-Personal Skills

Mandatory Skills

• Java 8
• REST API standards and tools and microservices
• Spring boot
• TDD/BDD based experience
• Build Tools like Maven
• Exposure to Agile methodologies

Highly desirable or equivalent skills

• Kafka
• NO SQL (Cassandra or equivalent)
• RDBMS (Oracle or others)
