Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP Program Manager to lead a large-scale enterprise transformation involving complex SAP implementations, integrations, and multiple business and technology workstreams. This individual will provide overall program leadership, coordinate internal and external delivery teams, and partner closely with executive stakeholders and large consulting firms to ensure successful execution.

Key Responsibilities


  • Provide end-to-end leadership for a large-scale SAP transformation program, from planning and design through implementation, deployment, and stabilization.
  • Lead and coordinate interconnected business, technology, SAP, data, integration, and implementation workstreams.
  • Establish program governance, integrated plans, milestones, dependencies, decision-making processes, and executive reporting.
  • Partner with business and technology leadership to define priorities, manage expectations, and maintain alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Coordinate with large consulting firms and systems integration partners, holding internal and external teams accountable for commitments, milestones, deliverables, and quality.
  • Manage complex integrations across SAP and the broader enterprise application and technology ecosystem.
  • Identify and manage program-level risks, issues, dependencies, scope changes, and resource constraints.
  • Drive collaboration among business stakeholders, IT, SAP teams, vendors, consultants, and executive sponsors.
  • Oversee program financials, resource planning, schedules, and delivery performance.
  • Provide executive-level communication regarding program health, accomplishments, risks, decisions, and upcoming milestones.
  • Support implementation readiness, cutover planning, deployment, stabilization, and transition to ongoing operations.

Required Qualifications


  • 12 15+ years of progressive project/program management experience, including leadership of complex enterprise technology programs.
  • Bachelor s degree from an accredited institution.
  • PMP, PgMP, or comparable project/program management certification.
  • Significant experience leading large-scale SAP implementations and transformation initiatives.
  • Deep experience managing complex enterprise integrations involving multiple systems, applications, business processes, and technical teams.
  • Demonstrated success working alongside and coordinating large consulting firms or systems integrators during major implementations.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams, stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong program governance, financial management, risk management, dependency management, and executive reporting capabilities.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior executives and highly technical delivery teams.
  • Experience driving enterprise programs through implementation, deployment, and operational transition.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work onsite in Tampa four days per week.

Preferred Qualifications


  • SAP ERP Lead or CRB Lead transformation experience.
  • Previous experience managing major SAP ERP transformation or modernization programs.
  • Experience within the utility, energy, or another highly regulated industry.
  • Experience coordinating global or large-scale systems integration partners.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid enterprise delivery methodologies.
