About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in SaaS Software Sales. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of selling B2B software solutions, managing enterprise sales cycles, and closing high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified leads through networking, outbound sales, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
  • Identify and engage real estate developers, builders, channel partners, and enterprise clients.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and present archVi's SaaS platform to decision-makers.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle-from prospecting to negotiation and deal closure.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with enterprise customers.
  • Collaborate with the product, marketing, and customer success teams to maximize client success.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM records.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer requirements.


Required Skills & Experience

  • 3-7 years of experience in B2B SaaS/Software Sales.
  • Proven experience selling SaaS or enterprise software solutions.
  • Strong understanding of consultative and solution-based selling.
  • Experience handling enterprise accounts and CXO-level stakeholders.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or similar.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and passionate about building new business.
