Job Description
An exciting opportunity for an IT Support Analyst with a couple of years proven experience providing IT support on MS Office (MS 365) and legal applications, PC hardware, laptops, printers and mobile devices. Due to opening some Italian offices they would love to recruit someone who can speak Italian to support these new Italian users.
Joining a boutique law firm in the City, London you will be the first point of contact for all IT incidents and requests to the firm's 180 users. You will log, track and manage all support tickets through the firm's helpdesk system. You will troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues (MS 365, Azure AD, Intune, Windows 10/11, PC hardware laptops and mobile devices), escalating complex issues to an appropriate person/provider. You will also support meeting rooms and VC equipment. You will also provide support on their mainstream AI set ups/technology (Claude, ChatGPT). AI will be used more and more as they develop bespoke internal AI solutions so they are looking for someone with a passion for AI but will be happy providing day to day support as that will remain 75% of the role so excellent customer service is essential. Joining a small IT support team of 3, you need to be a team player who is happy to muck in, is proactive and can work on their own initiative.
