Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Advanced Programmer to join a hybrid work team. The role focuses on high-level software development, architecture design, and delivering robust solutions. Expect a collaborative environment with routine code reviews and adherence to secure coding practices.

5 Key Technical Skills:

  • Advanced software development and design across the SDLC; strong problem-solving and debugging abilities
  • Proficiency in at least one major programming language (e.g., Java, C#, Python) and solid understanding of object-oriented design
  • Experience with database design and SQL, including performance tuning and query optimization
  • Web services and API integration (RESTful and/or SOAP) with emphasis on reliability and security
  • Version control, CI/CD, automated testing, and performance monitoring/optimization
