Lead QA/Healthcare Test Manager EHR SaaS Implementation

• Lead QA strategy, test planning, and execution for large-scale EHR SaaS implementations.
• Strong experience in EHR/Healthcare testing, functional, integration, regression, and UAT.
• Expertise in data migration, ETL testing, data validation, and reconciliation.
• Manage defect lifecycle, test metrics, QA reporting, and release readiness.
• Coordinate with vendors, developers, business users, and project stakeholders.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, ALM, and Jira.
• Knowledge of HL7, FHIR, HIPAA, and healthcare compliance.
• Strong experience in healthcare interfaces and system integrations.
• Public-sector/state healthcare experience is highly preferred.
