Job Title:  Production Support Analyst – Facets CCA (Clinical Care Advance)

JOB DISCRIPTION:-
 
Facets CCA — Facets production troubleshooting for Clinical Care Advance to support clinical workflows and ensure regulatory compliance
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform real-time troubleshooting of Facets CCA production issues impacting clinical workflows.
  • Collaborate with clinical and IT teams to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure system stability, performance, and adherence to compliance requirements.
  • Document incidents, resolutions, and preventive measures for knowledge sharing.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability and regulatory compliance.
     
Required Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of Facets CCA and healthcare workflow troubleshooting.
  • Experience with clinical workflow support and compliance-driven environments.
  • Ability to perform root cause analysis and production issue resolution.
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulatory standards and audit requirements.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
