Systems Integration and Design Engineer

The role of Systems Integration and Design Engineer will be responsible for undertaking technical design and development of electric vehicle systems including: * Vehicle level system architecture design * High, low voltage and communication systems design * Vehicle electrical systems integration design * Safety analysis and design processes * Test rig design and implementation * Application test, calibration and validation Educated to degree level you will also have experience of the following, either through projects, internship or post-graduate experience: * Various systems and components in modern EV powertrains * Vehicle systems architecture design * Communications systems design and analysis including CAN and LIN along with associated tools such as PEAK, Vector CANalyzer/CANoe * Generating system diagrams using MS Viseo or similar. * Wiring loom layout and design * Data logging and analysis * Electronic system test, calibration and validation * Test equipment usage:
