With a strong network of over 150 franchisees and more than 450,000 members, we are an established brand in the German-speaking region, offering diverse studio concepts tailored to various market needs. The Role • Build and lead your own fitness studio. • Manage all aspects of the business, including personnel, revenue, costs, and quality. • Lead, motivate, and develop your team of employees. • Drive local marketing efforts and member acquisition. • Ensure an outstanding studio experience for all members. • Uphold EASYFITNESS brand and quality standards. What You'll Need • Own capital ranging from €25,000 to €75,000. • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to act independently. • Strong leadership and teamwork skills. • Motivation and drive to build your own company. • Passion for fitness, health, and people. • Previous experience in fitness, service, management, or sales is ideal, but not required.
