Senior Program Manager(Need Locals)

Project Work Criteria: The candidate needs to work from Whippany, NJ office (3 days a week) and office hours will start from 7-30- 8 AM EST. Sometimes in a month he might have to visit Wilimington, DE office too. THIS IS NON-NEGOTIABLE.

Job Description:

1. Extensive experience in Banking and Financial services domain managing technical projects

2. Candidate should have more than 10 years of experience in managing technical project from end-to-end perspective.

3. Project & Change Management: planning, risk control, budgeting, reporting.

4. Stakeholder Communication: coordination, updates, handling difficult interactions.

5. Operational Execution: process compliance, quality control, policy adherence.

6. Problem Solving: choosing simple solutions and escalating when needed.

7. Basic Customer Service: first-line support and administrative tasks
