Senior Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain workstream plans, milestones, dependencies, critical path, resource forecasts, and delivery commitments.

2. Coordinate activities involving Energy & Utilities Cloud, OmniStudio and OmniScript, the Clean Energy Module, Data Cloud, SAP BTP, customer APIs, data migration, security, QA, change, and release teams.

3. Manage RAID, decisions, scope, change control, deliverables, quality, capacity, and escalation within the assigned scope.

4. Facilitate planning, status, dependency, readiness, defect, release, and stakeholder meetings.

5. Track test cycles, migration rehearsals, environments, releases, cutover tasks, hypercare, and transition to support.

6. Provide concise, decision-oriented status reporting and ensure owners, dates, impacts, and next actions are clear.

7. Partner with business, architecture, product, engineering, QA, change, vendors, and client leadership.

8. Use client-provided or client-approved AI acceleration tools when appropriate for analysis, requirements, design, development, documentation, testing, and defect resolution. Independently validate all AI-generated outputs for accuracy, security, maintainability, privacy, and compliance.

Required Qualifications

1. 8+ years of enterprise project management experience, including senior-level ownership of a major workstream within a Salesforce, CRM, CIS, integration, or technology transformation.

2. Working knowledge of Energy & Utilities Cloud, OmniStudio and OmniScript, Clean Energy Module, Data Cloud, integration, migration, testing, release, and change dependencies.

3. Strong knowledge of Agile and hybrid delivery, planning, dependencies, RAID, scope, financials, quality, testing, release, and cutover.

4. Ability to coordinate onshore and offshore teams and manage multiple interdependent technical and business activities.

5. Strong facilitation, stakeholder communication, negotiation, escalation, and status-reporting skills.

6. Experience using enterprise planning and collaboration tools.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Utility, customer information system, clean-energy, or Salesforce implementation experience.

2. PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum, SAFe, or comparable delivery credentials.

3. Experience with greenfield implementations, data migration, or legacy-system retirement.
