The Role
We are seeking a high-energy, driven Sales Executive / Hunter to help expand KAYA’s presence within Global 2000 enterprises. This role requires a dynamic and adaptable salesperson who can manage the full sales cycle—prospecting, managing inbound leads, and expanding existing accounts. You’ll sell AI solutions to both technical stakeholders (CIOs, CTOs, Data Science teams) and business leaders (COOs, VPs of Ops, CFOs), making Enterprise SaaS experience essential.
As an early hire in our sales team, you’ll play a key role in refining our sales motion and driving revenue growth. This position is fully remote within the U.S., with moderate travel for customer meetings, conferences, and events.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including outbound outreach, managing inbound leads, and expanding existing accounts.
- Engage and build relationships with both technical and business stakeholders in enterprise organizations.
- Lead consultative sales conversations, understanding customer needs and aligning KAYA’s AI solutions to their goals.
- Work closely with Sales Ops to leverage lead generation support while executing personalized outreach strategies.
- Navigate complex, long sales cycles within Global 2000 enterprises.
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, customer success) to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast reporting in CRM.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of sales experience in enterprise SaaS or a startup environment.
- A Network of key stakeholders to be able to call on
- Experience selling to technical and business leaders within large organizations.
- A basic understanding of AI (prior experience selling AI solutions is a plus).
- Industry flexibility, with a preference for experience in financial services, banking, insurance, healthcare, or TMT.
- Strong consultative selling skills, adaptability, and active listening.
- A self-starter with a hunter mentality—hungry, driven, and technically savvy.
