Our independently owned Domino's franchise is looking for an experienced, motivated General Manager to lead our State College team.
We want someone who can build a strong team, take ownership of store performance, and deliver exceptional results.
What We Offer:
Competitive $55,000 base salary
Performance bonuses paid every two-week accounting period

What We're Looking For:
Proven restaurant leadership experience
High-volume QSR experience preferred
Experience with $30K+ average weekly sales preferred
Strong labor, food cost, and inventory management
Excellent hiring, training, and team-development skills
