We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Java Development Lead with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Angular, and modern cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building highly scalable and secure applications within the Payments domain, along with the ability to provide technical leadership across design, development, and deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the architecture, design, development, testing, and deployment of enterprise payment applications using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and Microservices.
• Design and implement secure, scalable RESTful APIs and event-driven architectures.
• Collaborate with business, product, architecture, and operations teams to deliver payment transformation initiatives.
• Provide technical leadership through code reviews, design discussions, mentoring, and enforcement of engineering best practices.
• Ensure applications meet requirements for performance, security, scalability, reliability, and high availability.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployments, containerization, and DevOps practices.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive solutions across application and integration layers.
• Work effectively within Agile/Scrum development environments.

Required Qualifications:

• 15+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Angular, TypeScript, and REST APIs.
• Strong experience in the Payments domain, including one or more of:
• ACH
• Wire Payments
• SWIFT
• RTP (Real-Time Payments)
• ISO 20022
• Card Payments
• Merchant Payments
• Strong database experience with Oracle and/or PostgreSQL.
• Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka and event-driven architecture.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong knowledge of Git and Jenkins/CI-CD.
• Experience with at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Strong understanding of payment security, regulatory/compliance requirements, transaction processing, and distributed systems.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
