Job Description

Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR) - Calling & Appointment Setting

Location: Ghitorni, South West Delhi

Shift Timings - 4PM IST to 1 AM IST - Hybrid (4to8PM Work From Office, Rest from home)

Salary: 25,000 - 35,000 per month + Performance Incentives

Department: Sales

Reports To: Sales Manager

Role Overview:


We are hiring a results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) for a

high-intensity calling role focused on booking qualified sales meetings.

This role requires working in the night shift (aligned with US/UK markets) and is ideal for candidates who thrive in a target-driven, high-volume calling environment.


Primary Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calling (Core Responsibility)

Make 80-120 outbound calls daily to prospective clients

Engage with decision-makers and drive meaningful conversations

Handle objections confidently and persist through follow-ups


2. Appointment Setting (Primary Goal)

Qualify leads based on relevance, need, and intent

Book a minimum of 3 qualified meetings per day

Schedule meetings with the appropriate stakeholders

Ensure confirmations and attendance


3. Lead Follow-Ups

Execute structured follow-ups via:

Email

LinkedIn

WhatsApp/SMS (if required)

Follow a defined outreach cadence


4. Inbound Lead Handling

Respond quickly to inbound inquiries

Convert inbound leads into scheduled meetings


5. CRM Management (HubSpot)

Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions

Update lead status and follow-ups

Ensure clean pipeline tracking


Daily Targets (Strict)

Calls: 80-120 per day

Appointments Booked: Minimum 3 per day

Total Touchpoints: 130-200 per day

Calls made

Conversations generated

Meetings booked (primary KPI)

Meeting show-up rate

Lead response time

CRM accuracy


Candidate Profile

1-3 years experience in cold calling / SDR / inside sales / tele-sales

Comfortable working night shifts (US/UK time zones)

Strong communication and persuasion skills

High resilience and ability to handle rejection

Target-driven and disciplined
