Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Lead SAP Tester with strong BlackLine and financial reporting experience to support a major SAP transformation initiative.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

• 5+ years of software testing experience with 3+ years in a testing leadership role.
• Strong experience leading testing teams across onshore and offshore resources.
• Hands-on BlackLine experience, particularly with reconciliation, reporting, and SAP-related processes.
• Strong SAP financial reporting experience.
• Experience with AP Processing, General Ledger (GL), and Capital Asset Management.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience with data migration, data validation, and testing of interconnected business processes.
• Experience testing internal systems integrating or transitioning into SAP.
• Ariba/Procurement experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage complex testing scenarios.
• Must be a testing lead, not primarily a functional/UAT tester.
• Insurance or Aetna/SAP experience is a plus.
• Open to candidates from any industry.
