Salesforce Sales Cloud Technical Architect

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Salesforce Sales Cloud Technical Architect in Armonk, NY.

Summary:
We are seeking a Salesforce Service Cloud Technical Architect that has experience with designing secure, scalable, and high-performance solutions across a multi-cloud ecosystem, ensuring alignment with complex business objectives. This role requires a hands-on leader who can architect complex system integrations, establish rigorous technical governance, and drive innovation using cutting-edge technologies on the Salesforce platform. This person will bridge the gap between technical execution and executive strategy, mentoring a global team of developers and administrators.

REQUIREMENTS:
* 8+ years of Salesforce experience, including hands-on technical architecture and implementation experience
* Strong experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and core Salesforce platform capabilities
* Proven experience designing Salesforce integrations with legacy systems and enterprise applications
* Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, platform events, middleware, batch integrations, and real-time integration patterns
* Experience supporting Salesforce data migration, data mapping, transformation, and reconciliation activities
* Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, security, sharing, automation, governor limits, and deployment best practices
* Experience supporting Salesforce org consolidation, migration, or multi-org rationalization initiatives
* Ability to write and review technical user stories, integration specifications, and solution design documentation
* Experience working with distributed offshore and onshore delivery teams
* Strong communication skills with the ability to work across business, technical, and executive stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:
* Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification
* Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant certification
* Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certification
* MuleSoft certification is a plus
* Experience with MuleSoft or similar middleware platforms
* Experience with AWS-based contact center or CTI integrations, including Amazon Connect
* Experience with Salesforce Omni-Channel, Digital Engagement, Service Cloud Voice, or CTI Adapter integrations
* Experience with large-scale enterprise data migration tools and strategies
* Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools such as Copado, Gearset, Salesforce DX, or similar platforms

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
