Compensation:
Pay Range: $60.27-$86.10 Per HR

Job Summary:
• Join our team to lead AI governance and security initiatives in a financial setting.
• This hybrid role based in the Midwestern United States involves developing frameworks for ethical AI usage, ensuring compliance with regulations, and safeguarding data. 
• Your expertise in AI lifecycle management will be crucial in driving automation and modernization efforts. 
• You''ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions securely across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
• Define and implement enterprise-wide AI governance frameworks.
• Develop and enforce security standards aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Partner with teams to create policies for AI model management and compliance.
• Oversee secure deployment of AI solutions in diverse environments.
• Lead AI security incident response and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor''s degree in a relevant field and 7+ years of experience in enterprise architecture or technology governance.
• Proven track record in implementing governance frameworks and compliance programs.
• Familiarity with financial regulations and security requirements.
• Experience with AI/ML lifecycle management and data governance principles.
• Proficiency in cloud-native AI/ML platforms and security frameworks.
