Agent Sales Representative

CarePlus seeks a Medicare Sales Field Agent to educate and enroll eligible beneficiaries in Medicare Advantage and related plans. In this field-based role, you will build relationships with seniors, conduct needs assessments, and present compliant plan options that align with CMS guidelines and CarePlus standards. Responsibilities include prospecting through community events, provider partnerships, and referrals; managing a local territory; meeting sales and quality goals; and maintaining accurate documentation. You’ll collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure a smooth member experience and support CarePlus’s mission of compassionate, patient-centered care.
