Job Description

• The Windows / Cloud Engineer position manages an environment of servers, on premises and cloud based, providing on-call 24x7x365 support, and some weekend work.
• Windows-based OS specific duties include responsibility for knowledge of Windows Operating System using Microsoft Active Directory across multiple locations; installation, maintenance and administration of multiple virtual servers (Nutanix, VMware and Cloud); maintenance of a Citrix server environment and/or Messaging platforms (Exchange and Skype On-Line).
• Responsible for configuration and administration of cloud-based workload and creating and maintaining automation scripts and workflows.
• Working SNOW ticket from the mail ( Exchange Online ) queue.
• Working SNOW ticket from the Windows Server queue.
• Working SNOW ticket from the Thread and Vulnerability ( OS, Office, ect. updates and patching) queue.
• If there's cycles remaining - Any project work we may have ( e.g. Windows Server OS upgrades, MECM migration, etc ).
