Where will you be working?
We help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations. We enhance and extend asset life, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards. Were problem solvers with over 140 years of combined experience in engineering and infrastructure.
Developer services team. Our developer services team connects water and wastewater services, installs lateral drains, and enables new developments access to vital water and wastewater services.

What will you be doing?
Youll lead and manage site supervision teams across large or multi-site projects, ensuring operational activities meet SHEQ standards. Youll drive a strong health, safety, and quality culture through site audits and by supporting team-led inspections. Youll maintain oversight of commercial performance, costs, and risks, raising EWNs where needed. Youll coordinate labour, procurement, and delivery to align with construction programmes, reporting milestones and risks. Youll manage subcontractor packages, intervene early on delays, and oversee MEICA works, commissioning, land access, and local community work fronts with professionalism and a positive public-facing approach.

What youll bring

• Do you have strong knowledge of SHE and NEC contracts?
• Do you hold a valid UK driving licence?
• Have you got SMSTS or equivalent certification?
• Do you have proven experience delivering high-volume mains renewal schemes?
• Have you got an in-depth understanding of water networks and techniques for mains renewal?
