Now they're looking for a Master Data Analyst to join the Operations team and take ownership of SKU master data across the business, making sure it's accurate, consistent, and trustworthy at every stage of the product lifecycle.
What you'll be doing:
- Owning, setting up, and maintaining SKU master data across all systems
- Partnering with Operations, Product, Finance, Commercial, and Marketing to capture and update product information
- Supporting new product launches with SKU set-up and validation
- Building and enforcing data governance standards to lift data quality
- Running regular data audits to catch and fix discrepancies
- Acting as the go-to contact for master data queries and best practice
- Underpinning reporting and analytics with reliable, accurate data
- Working with tech teams to improve data tools and processes
What you'll bring:
- Experience in master data management, data analysis, or operations support
- Sharp attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Confident with Excel and ERP or inventory management systems
- An analytical mindset that spots errors, patterns, and opportunities to improve
- Great communication skills, comfortable working cross-functionally
- The ability to juggle priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- A genuine passion for sustainability and doing things properly with data
Herts based - 3 days a week onsite.
