Job Title: Product Owner (Order Management)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Product Owner (PO) with strong expertise in Order Management to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, customers, and Agile development teams to define product vision, prioritize requirements, and deliver scalable Order Management solutions that align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and manage the product backlog for Order Management initiatives.
Gather, analyze, and prioritize business and functional requirements.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, engineering teams, architects, and QA to deliver high-quality product features.
Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and ensure requirements are clearly communicated to the development team.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Drive product roadmap planning and feature prioritization based on business value.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery.
Monitor product performance and recommend enhancements for continuous improvement.
Support UAT, production releases, and post-implementation activities.
Ensure Order Management processes align with business goals and customer expectations.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in Agile environments.
Strong experience with Order Management Systems (OMS) and end-to-end order lifecycle processes.
Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and managing product backlogs.
Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
Experience working with Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Order Management platforms such as IBM Sterling OMS, Salesforce Order Management, Manhattan OMS, Oracle Order Management Cloud, or SAP Order Management.
Knowledge of retail, e-commerce, supply chain, or distribution domains.
Experience integrating OMS with ERP, CRM, WMS, or e-commerce platforms.
Scrum Product Owner certification (CSPO, PSPO, or equivalent) is a plus
