Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Program Manager to drive complex initiatives across engineering and data-driven teams. This role requires strong analytical skills, technical expertise, and the ability to manage cross-functional programs in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Program Management: Lead planning, execution, and delivery of technical programs across multiple teams.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with engineering, product, and data science teams to align priorities and ensure successful outcomes.
• Data Analytics: Apply solid mathematical and analytical skills to interpret data, generate insights, and support decision-making.
• Technical Leadership: Provide guidance on technical feasibility, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
• Strong foundation in mathematics and data analytics.
• Proven experience managing technical programs in a technology-driven environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ML Fleet or machine learning infrastructure programs.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, distributed systems, or large-scale data pipelines.
• Ability to balance technical depth with program management discipline
