An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Quality Assurance and Compliance Manager to join a successful specialist construction company. The company is a leading name in its sector, with an excellent track record of delivering successful projects across the UK. This position will play a crucial role in supporting its continued growth and success.

Responsibilities of the Quality Assurance and Compliance Manager will include:

• Leading the internal audit programme across multiple ISO standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
• Liaising with third-party certification bodies and maintaining external accreditations and certifications.
• Contributing to the improvement and implementation of management systems that reflect industry best practice.
• Working with internal teams to ensure the accurate preparation of Operation and Maintenance (O&M) manuals.

The successful Quality Assurance and Compliance Manager will have:

• Proven experience in a similar compliance role, ideally within the construction or infrastructure industry.
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards, particularly ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, and ideally experience with CHAS, Constructionline and RISQS audits.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the business.
• Strong analytical, reporting and IT skills, including experience with SharePoint and Microsoft Office applications.
