Java Lead with Angular :: Denver, CO (Occasional Travel)

Position: Java Lead with Angular

Location: Denver, CO 80202 - Remote (Based on requirement may needed to visit office occasionally)

JD :

• 6+ years of experience in Angular for building responsive frontend user interfaces.
• 6+ years of experience in Java/J2EE development.
• Expertise in Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security).
• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, Microservices, and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA).
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Cassandra.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.
• Strong grasp of multithreading, design patterns, and OOP principles.
• Proficient in build tools such as Maven/Gradle and version control (Git).
• Understanding of Agile methodologies (jira/gitlab).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of Java developers in building cloud-native applications.
• Architect, design, and implement Java-based microservices deployed on Google Cloud Platform.
• Utilize Google Cloud Platform services such as App Engine, Cloud Run, GKE, Cloud Pub/Sub, Cloud SQL, Cloud Storage, and Cloud Functions.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Cloud Build, Jenkins, and Git.
• Collaborate with cloud architects, DevOps, and product teams to deliver robust solutions.
• Drive best practices for code quality, security, scalability, and performance in cloud environments.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize production systems on Google Cloud Platform.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and code reviews.
• Document technical designs, processes, and architecture decisions.
