Senior HR Business Partner

Learning & Development provides the tools, knowledge and confidence to help colleagues and managers grow and succeed. By bringing these functions together, we can create a more joined up approach to supporting our people, ensuring that learning is informed by real experiences, workforce insight and organisational need.

This is an exciting role that provides huge scope to be part of and to help drive ongoing change, growth and continuous improvement. You'll join a highly capable, ambitious People team, help develop our award winning Ignite Academy, contribute to our Investors in People Gold ambition, and play a key role across ER and HR advisory.
