The Role • Build and lead your own fitness studio. • Manage all entrepreneurial aspects including personnel, revenue, costs, and quality. • Motivate and develop your team of employees. • Drive local marketing efforts and member acquisition. • Ensure an exceptional studio experience for all members. • Uphold and implement brand and quality standards. What You'll Need • Equity capital ranging from €25,000 to €75,000. • Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to act independently. • Strong leadership and teamwork skills. • A passion for building and growing your own business. • Ideally, experience in fitness, service, management, or sales (all backgrounds welcome). • Genuine enthusiasm for fitness, health, and people.
