Working within a collaborative, Agile team, you'll play a key role in building and enhancing high-performance systems that process large volumes of transactions, while gaining exposure to modern technologies and best practices. What You'll Be Doing Delivering High-Quality Software Support requirements gathering to ensure clear and deliverable outcomes<br />Design and develop software solutions aligned to business and user needs<br />Build systems with a focus on scalability, maintainability, and performance<br />Contribute to the full software development lifecycleWorking in Agile Teams Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives<br />Collaborate closely with engineers, product teams, and stakeholders<br />Contribute to continuous improvement across processes and deliveryContinuous Learning &amp; Support Stay up to date with modern tools, technologies, and development practices<br />Provide support and technical input across the wider organisation<br />Contribute ideas to improve systems, performance, and delivery What Makes You Stand Out You're a driven engineer with a passion for learning and delivering high-quality solutions.
