The Role • Perform vehicle glass repair and replacement, including calibration of driver assistance systems. • Assume leadership responsibilities, overseeing technical aspects, ensuring adherence to company standards, and managing daily operations. • Provide excellent customer service from initial contact to vehicle handover. • Handle customer invoicing, manage client funds, and process incoming orders. • Implement quality assurance measures, manage inventory, and ensure audit compliance. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training in a craft trade, with several years of professional experience (e.g., Master Automobile Technician, Kfz-Mechatroniker, Automotive Mechanic, or Bodywork Specialist). • Willingness to undertake the required certification for the leadership role or already possess it. • A valid Class B driver's license, good German language skills, and PC proficiency. • Strong customer and service orientation with excellent communication skills. • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, fostering trustworthy collaboration.
