Job Description

About the Role

Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, the Dynamics 365 Developer is responsible for the design, development and implementation of workflows, business rules, plugins, and Power Automate flows based on documented user stories and functional requirements.

The role will develop and maintain ERP configurations, customisations and enhancements by building automated capability, and will provide technical leadership upon our ERP solution design and roadmap planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop plugins, custom APIs, and actions using the Dynamics SDK.
  • Customise model-driven apps using JavaScript, command bar extensions, and business rules.
  • Build Power Apps (model-driven; canvas as required) and Power Automate flows.
  • Develop PCF controls using TypeScript (React preferred).
  • Implement integrations via Dataverse Web API, REST, and Azure Functions / Logic Apps.
  • Manage data migration, transformation, and remediation.
  • Implement security roles, teams, and environment strategies.
  • Package and deploy solutions using managed/unmanaged solutions and CI/CD pipelines.
About You Experience
  • 5+ years delivering developments in Dynamics 365 in medium to large scale production environments.
  • Certification in two or more Microsoft Dynamics 365 credentials.
  • Strong experience with Dynamics 365 ERP / Dataverse.
  • Proficiency in X , C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Power Platform development.
  • Experience with Azure AD app registrations, OAuth, and integration patterns.
  • Solid understanding of Dataverse limits, plugin execution pipeline, and ALM.
  • Integration with external systems via web services and HTTP connectors.
