This is an exciting opportunity for a highly analytical and hands-on professional who thrives in fast-paced digital environments and is passionate about delivering exceptional omnichannel customer experiences.If you enjoy solving complex problems, collaborating across teams, and helping shape the future of digital retail - we'd love to hear from you.About the RoleAs the Digital Business Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting and delivering digital transformation initiatives across Fantastic Furniture's digital ecosystem. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, developers, vendors, QA teams, and technology partners to analyse business processes, gather and document requirements, support website releases, and contribute to the successful delivery of digital projects and A/B testing initiatives.This role is highly collaborative and hands-on in nature, requiring strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate multiple priorities simultaneously.You'll contribute across the full software development lifecycle - from discovery and analysis through to testing, release support, and ongoing optimisation.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements & Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications, user stories, process maps, and acceptance criteriaSupport the delivery and governance of digital projects across web, mobile, e-commerce, and customer experience initiativesWork collaboratively with Digital, Technology, Security, and Architecture teams to ensure solutions are fit for purposeCoordinate with external vendors to resolve defects and production issues within agreed SLA timeframesSupport unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing activities, Raise and manage defects through approved issue management systemsSupport Agile delivery practices including sprint planning, backlog management, task prioritisation, and Kanban maintenanceWork with stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve the digital customer journeyEnsure customer-centric thinking is embedded into all digital solutions and integration activitiesWhat We're Looking For, Essential Experience3+ years' experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Business Analyst within a digital environmentStrong experience working across digital platforms including CMS, CRM, e-commerce, or mobile applicationsExperience working within Agile/Scrum delivery frameworksStrong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skillsExperience supporting software development lifecycles and digital project deliveryExposure to Azure DevOps or similar project management toolsExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsRetail or omnichannel experience highly regardedExperience with SAP Hybris and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365Exposure to A/B testing platforms and optimisation toolsProject management experienceHTML, XML, or JavaScript knowledgeUnderstanding of BA frameworks and methodologiesBachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Marketing, or related disciplineIIBA, BABOK, CCBA or CBAP certifications highly regardedIn Return, We OfferOpportunity to work on exciting digital transformation initiativesCollaborative and supportive team environmentCareer development and growth opportunitiesExposure to leading digital technologies and platformsFlexible and dynamic workplace cultureEmployee benefits and team discountsReady to Apply?If you're passionate about digital innovation, customer experience, and delivering impactful solutions in a fast-moving retail environment, we'd love to hear from you.Apply now and help shape the future of digital at Fantastic Furniture.
